Terms and Conditions The St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM Guarantee

At St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM we are committed to exceptional service and products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift or its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our network of florists uses only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. And since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.

How to Place an Order

We've designed the St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM website to make it quick and simple for you to place your order. After you've found the flowers or plant you want to send, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:
1.  Shop from a Variety of Categories (Occasion, Product Category or Price) or search by a specific keyword or item number.

2.  Select Your Product and Choose Your Preferences. On the product information page, select how you would like to customize your gift. For example, in some instances, you will be asked whether you want to send your gift as shown or in a deluxe or premium arrangement or you may have the option to include something extra with your gift like a mylar balloon, stuffed animal or box of chocolates.

3.  Proceed to checkout. When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page, and then select Checkout. You are now on the Log In page, and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If you are a returning shopper, enter your St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM password. If you are a new shopper, just click on the Continue button. You will have an opportunity to create a password later in the checkout process. Learn about the benefits you'll enjoy when you register with us.

4.  Provide recipient delivery information. After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. This information will allow us to ensure that your bouquet is created by an experienced florist in the recipient's neighborhood. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card.

5.  Provide your billing information. You will be asked for your credit card information. St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM uses Floralbilling.com to transmit all credit card information using the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Please review our Security and Privacy policy for more information.

6.  Review your order. Review the details of your order, and click the Submit Order button. Your order will be received by Floralbilling Central Processing and a neighborhood florist will begin creating your arrangement.

7.  Save your confirmation. St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM is notified by Floralbilling Central Processing and will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at Log In. Please save this e-mail for future reference. Order Changes and Cancellations St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route. If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, call customer service.

Problems With an Order

At St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please contact our central processing partner at customerservice@floralbilling.com.

Sales Tax

Orders delivered to California and Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax. Orders placed from California and Pennsylvania are also subject to sales tax. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.

Service Charge

All prices reflect any and all charges including Service Fees.

Delivery Policy

Every St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before Noon, Monday - Friday, or before 10:00 AM on Saturdays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

While we will make every effort to honor a requested delivery time, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.  Orders destined for a business address will generally be delivered before 5:00 p.m. Deliveries before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. are generally not possible.

Please note that the recipient may be contacted prior to delivery in some cases to verify that someone will be available to receive the arrangement. Requests for surprise delivery (i.e. not contacting the recipient before delivery) may be accommodated at the discretion of the delivering shop. In such cases the sender is liable for any delivery charges if the arrangement is not delivered on the first attempt.

Hand delivery by a florist may not be available to every location in a given zip code.  In such a cases we will notify the customer via email and/or telephone and cancel the order for a full refund.

Cancellation of an order on the day of delivery may incur a delivery charge fee if the arrangement has already been delivered or is out for delivery, depending on the policy of the delivering florist. In such cases the customer will be issued a full refund minus any applicable delivery charges.

Sunday Delivery
Sunday delivery is not available unless by special arrangement; please contact us for further details. Otherwise orders received after noon in the recipient's time zone on a Saturday will be delivered the following Monday.

Holiday Delivery
During holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Secretary's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, the high volume of orders may make it difficult to guarantee same day delivery. During such periods we will post information on our site regarding any temporary changes in our delivery policy.

While we will make every effort to honor a requested delivery time, the large increase in order volume during holiday periods makes this especially difficult.  Therefore we are generally unable to honor delivery time requests during holidays.

In some instances the high volume of holiday orders may make it necessary to suspend deliveries. If that is the case, orders received after the cut-off cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery. We always strive to have the latest cut-offs possible in order to provide the best service to our customers. We highly recommend that our customers place their orders in advance and choose a delivery date five days before the holiday.

Delivery to Hospitals

The florists in our network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. St. Johns Lodge #115 F&AM will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. If patient cannot have flowers and we deliver them you are still responsible for the purchase.

Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:

Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.

Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.

Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).

Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary shortages, regional availability issues and delivery time requirements. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of. equal or higher value.

Delivering beautiful, fresh flower arrangements on time is our highest priority.  In some cases flowers may be out of season or unavailable in a florist's area.  A florist may not have every variety or color of flower on a day to day basis. In order to deliver flowers on time and in fresh condition, substitutions may be made. If one of our select florists doesn't have a certain flower or container, they will substitute it with the most similar available flower or container of equal or greater value.

In a multiple-flower arrangement, every effort will be made to maintain the overall look and feel with special attention paid to style and color mix. In an arrangement of a single variety of flower, substitutions will be made based on color rather than flower type.  For example a substitution for twelve pink carnations could be twelve red carnations, but not twelve pink asters.

For blooming plants, substitutions will be made based on the most similar available blooming plant.
